Platform

Everything a CRM should carry. Nothing bolted on.

Every object in Go CRM follows the field, picklist and lifecycle conventions enterprise CRM teams already know — nothing to relearn, nothing to remap.

🎯

Sales, with guidance built in

Leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities with industry-standard conversion and stage paths — plus a Guided Path on every stage telling marketing, sales and service exactly what to do next to close.

🛠️

Service with a live SLA clock

Cases from web, email, phone, chat and Angi converge on one lifecycle. Entitlements start a ticking milestone clock — on track, warning, violated — visible on the record, not buried in a report.

📣

Marketing & consent

Campaigns with member tracking and ROI rollups, audience segments, and per-contact opt-in / opt-out consent — privacy modelled as first-class records, not a checkbox.

📊

Reports, dashboards & forecasting

Pipeline by stage, cases by channel and priority, leads by source — live from your records, with KPI tiles, pipeline forecasting and an import path for Google Analytics data.

📅

Calendar & mail, connected

Events and email are CRM records linked to the accounts and deals they belong to — with Google Calendar and Gmail import mapping built in.

🤝

Incentive programs

Referral fees, partner rewards and rep commissions earned at the lead, the deal, the order or the product line — with compliance guardrails that block what regulation forbids, by industry, automatically.

Agentic AI

Meet Angi. She sees it coming.

Angi doesn't wait for a ticket to age. She reads every case, predicts the SLA breach, and acts — inside guardrails you set.

Three outcomes. Always the right one.

Every case Angi touches lands in exactly one of three lanes — and policy, not the model, decides which:

  • 1Deflect — a known answer from the knowledge base closes it instantly.
  • 2Resolve — a diagnosed fix, executed within pre-authorized policy, or suggested to a human first. Your autonomy dial.
  • 3Escalate — low confidence or a policy line (fraud, amount caps) routes straight to a human with a deterministic fallback attached.

Bring your own LLM — Angi runs on the model you choose, and works the cases in Go CRM or in the service desk you already have.

Lead-to-Cash

One spine — lead to cash to delivery, and back again.

Quote-to-Cash (CPQ) is the middle of it: products first, then the quote — never the other way round. Line items roll up, quotes sync back to the deal, and an accepted quote becomes the contract, the order and the delivery project in one motion — then the renewal brings it back.

🧮

CPQ that rolls up

Add catalog products to the opportunity with quantity and line discounts — the amount recomputes live. Generate the quote from the lines, discount it once, sync it back to the deal.

📃

Contract → order → project

Quote accepted? Go CRM closes the deal, cuts the term contract, raises the order for billing and spins up the delivery project — with the people and billing rates on it, tracked target vs actual. Overflow can't happen silently — it routes to a budget forecast.

🔁

Renewals that price themselves

Fixed-bid or time-&-material managed service, tracked to term end — then a renewal opportunity priced with your markup and a presented quote, generated automatically. The loop closes itself.

Why Go CRM

Built the way careful systems are built.

01 Standards-first by construction

The data model follows established enterprise CRM conventions, field by field, picklist by picklist. Migrating in or out means no remapping project, because the shapes already match what your team runs today.

02 AI with guardrails, not vibes

Angi only takes bounded, pre-authorized actions. Policy lines — fraud always goes to a human, amounts above cap escalate — are enforced by the engine, with a deterministic fallback on every playbook.

03 Compliance in the schema

Some industries forbid referral fees — so Go CRM refuses to issue them where regulation applies, structurally, while your internal commissions flow untouched. The guardrail is code, not a training memo.

04 Google-native, no lock-in

Runs on Google Cloud, imports from Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Analytics — and Angi is system-of-record-agnostic, so the AI you adopt today follows you wherever your stack goes.

Your cloud

One CRM. Three clouds. Same logic.

Go CRM is a Google-native CRM built on a proven enterprise-grade data model — marketing, sales, service and quote-to-cash in one connected spine, with Angi, the agentic AI that resolves service issues before the SLA breaches. And the same logic runs wherever your business lives.

🌐

Google Cloud — native

Born Google-native: runs on Google Cloud and connects to Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Analytics out of the gate. This is the reference edition.

🟦

Microsoft Azure — with Power Apps

Go CRM can be installed on Microsoft Azure with Power Apps — the same objects, the same spine, the same guardrails, delivered on the Power Platform your Microsoft shop already licenses.

🟧

Amazon AWS — with Bedrock

Go CRM can be hosted on Amazon AWS, with Angi's AI running on Amazon Bedrock — same logic as the Google-native CRM, with the model choice yours (Claude on Bedrock included).

Studio · Business Process Automation

Studio — where a won deal becomes a design.

Studio is Agtek's business process automation layer — a role-based design & architecture environment where your processes get designed, automated and handed to delivery. And Go CRM feeds it directly: close a deal, and the delivery project hands Studio a structured design seed — the account, the scope, the platform, the contract value. No re-briefing, no lost context.

🧭

The brief

Every engagement starts from a structured brief — industry, role, engagement type, system, module, platform and cloud — the same axes Go CRM's intake captures, so the request routes to the right specialist automatically.

📐

The artifacts

From a locked brief, Studio produces the delivery design: solution designs, architecture diagrams, flow maps and estimates — drawn to spec, not invented from a blank page.

🔗

The handoff

Closed Won → Project → Studio. The delivery project exports a design seed carrying the deal's full context, and the scope artifact comes back to price the next quote. The loop closes in both directions.

Studio is AI-assisted with the provider and model your choice per request — the same bring-your-own-AI doctrine as Angi and the rest of the platform.
